AWARENESS... hmmm... Get this: The brain is aware of what triggers our emotions, the good, bad and the ugly ones. Feelings, thoughts, past experiences, and desires all mix and are delivered as the brain's awareness. We're aware of what's important to us, the stuff that "catches" our attention. Basically, what we pay attention to, becomes a belief; good, supportive beliefs, AND those beliefs that keep us small, like super-duper small. And BAM! That's when ego becomes The Big Boss. The Ego aspect of mind is out to keep you from appearing foolish. It's the "don't do that, you'll fail!" fearful, complaining procrastinator, whose basic job is to keep you safe. Only thing is, when ego is running the show, you will not EVER get what the "you of you" (soul) truly wants. Ego must follow Soul, in order for you to live a soul-fulfilling life. Duh! Did you know mind movies disrupt and dissolve negative, habitual thought patterns? That's right. What's become a negative, self-depleting, debbie-downer of a belief - you know, the naggy, critical, noisy mean girl voice that lives in your head?- well, that voice can be turned down, waaaaay down, and eventually tuned OUT! Life-stifling beliefs can be dissolved and re-framed so you're inspired to get off your butt, outta your rut and fina-freakin-ly act toward your most deeply held desires!
